Local traditions

The Pro Loco Lioni has organized two days of workshops and activities that open the evenings of music and entertainment surrounded by greenery and the sweet sounds of nature.

On July 15th and 16th the suggestive area of Ofanto will be the protagonist, powerful, rich in history, a solid bridge between present and past, between culture and tradition of the town of Lioni.

Within the broad program of the "Sulle Rive dell' Ofanto" acrobats, tightrope walkers and jugglers from the Apennines in Circus will also perform - Circus shows.

As part of the Festival, the book "The intelligence of the soil" by Paolo Pileri will be presented, he will talk about the reduction of soil consumption and the risks associated with this phenomenon: an interesting discussion on the environment, territory and sustainability!
