The upcoming weekend seems likely to bring the arrival of the "White Lady". The forecasts speak of a rapid and cold passage, of an undulation of the polar vortex which between 08:00 and 14:00 on Saturday 20 January, could bring snow accumulations in Laceno (in the order of 10-25 cm) to altitude 1100 meters above sea level. In case of confirmed forecasts, the Duomo Travel & Trek Tour Operator has already prepared the program for snowshoeing on the Bagnoli Irpino plateau. Here it is below

For the snowshoe hike "under the snow" on Saturday 20 January, reservations will only be accepted from those who, in addition to having snow tires or chains on board, are experts in snowy environments. The snowshoe hikes on Sunday 21 January are also suitable for children aged 7/8 years old as long as they are trained and sporty. For these activities, to be confirmed on Saturday morning, given the pre-registration and the weather reconfirmation, no advance payment is expected.
