Every year in August, Candida hosts the event "Candida: history, places, flavours and ancient arts".
During this important initiative, promoted by the Pro Loco of Candida, in collaboration with the municipal administration, the town is animated for three days by popular music and street artists, as well as photographic exhibitions and historical re-enactments of ancient crafts. During this event, it is also possible to stroll through the picturesque streets of the historic centre, admiring the places of interest and tasting the typical dishes of the rural tradition, accompanied by excellent local wines.
A moment of rediscovery of times long gone, the event represents an occasion of great conviviality for the community of Candida.
