Preziosi Palace is a site of historical interest situated in Piazza Municipio, Cesinali.
Built in the 17th century, it was the first home of the famous Cocchia family and of the priest Pasquale Cocchia. The earthquake that devastated Irpinia on 23 November 1980 caused huge structural damage that has partially altered the original aspect. The building is rectangular in shape, and the distinctive feature is the large entrance door. Inside, there are still many noteworthy historical and architectural elements.
Preziosi Palace is among the number of aristocratic residences found in the medieval town centre of Cesinali, and is a valuable historical and cultural legacy for the local community.
