The Church of the Spirito Santo (Holy Spirit) is a place of worship located in Pietradefusi, in the Pappapeci area.
A tiny votive chapel, it was built in the early 1970s by local workers. The building has a rectangular plan and a smooth façade, plastered in very light yellow, against which the wooden entrance doorway painted purple stands out. The structure is topped by a small bell tower. The interior is characterised by smooth plaster finishes and wooden seats. At the back, the granite altar stands out against the yellow wall. Finally, the small chapel houses two sacred statues of the Virgin Mary with Child.
An expression of the profound faith of the entire community, the Church of the Spirito Santo is a charming and intimate sacred place, not far from the village of Pietradefusi.
