District 10 coincides with the four municipalities of the geographical area that extends from the valley of the Sabato river to the Calore river surrounded by the Picentini Mountains.
The area as a whole is of particular interest for the intangible and material cultural heritage that it guards, for the anthropological value of its traditions and for the landscape-environmental interest.
An itinerary that includes the folkloric tradition of the Carnival declined in authentic and diversified ways in Montemarano and Castelvetere sul Calore, the polychromy of the Sorbo Serpico landscape and the suggestion of the Piana del Dragone (Dragon’s Plain) of Voltura Irpina.
