New appointment with "Frigentinità": focus on Honey

The Frigentinità project continues with a new, delicious event dedicated to honey.
After the success of the events on cheeses and cured meats, on Saturday 14 December, the Terra Mater Cooperative will host a special meeting with the beekeeper and agronomist Antonio Luce. 
The evening promises to be full of discoveries, with a tasting that will feature honey and its surprising combinations, in collaboration between Terra Mater and Il Mulino della Signora.

Together we will take a journey through:
- pairings of honey with cheeses and pickles, 
- trofiette chicory and honey,
- honey crêpes and crumble flambare allo strega.
