Wednesday 14 August, San Martino Valle Caudina celebrates the "Emigrant's Day", the event is organized by the city Pro Loco in collaboration with the Municipality and the Parish of Saints John the Baptist and Martin the Bishop.
The initiative is part of the intervention financed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs "Turismo delle Radici", an integrated strategy for the recovery of the tourism sector in post-Covid Italy.
On the evening of the 14th, following the Holy Mass at 7pm, gastronomic stands of traditional cuisine await us in Piazza XX Settembre, musical entertainment with the musical group "I Caudium" and the performance of the "Baila" Dance School by Tina Pinto.
The evening will be an opportunity to meet with those who have returned to their country of origin taking advantage of the summer break, among stories, memories, music and good food.
