The Beveri Fountain is located in the municipal territory of Guardia Lombardi, not far from the historic centre of the Irpinian town.
Located at the foot of Mount Coste, in an immense green area, it is a monumental construction made of large slabs and boulders of white stone, finely shaped and worked by hand. Its structure is in the form of a semicircular amphitheatre, with a large open space in front of it, which was paved in Lombard style. On both sides, there are two large fluted stone basins for washing clothes and collecting water, useful for supplying the population with water.
The Beveri Fountain is of great historical importance to the Guardia Lombardi community and has provided the town centre with drinking water for a very long time.
