Panoramica Limiti is an evocative road with a view of the valleys surrounding the Municipality of Frigento.
A pedestrian road that winds for about 700 metres, Panoramica Limiti has three large loggias that allow you to admire, as far as the eye can see, an endless vastness and variety of natural elements and human settlements. From here, it is possible to enjoy a panorama that allows the human eye to glimpse even the Matese and Maiella massifs on a clear day, encompassing five regions (Campania, Puglia, Basilicata, Molise and Abruzzo) and eleven provinces.
The road is part of the "Panorami di Frigento" Urban Park, established in 2006 and recognised by the Regional Authorities of Campania. This green area extends along the north and north-east sides of the hill on which the Irpinian town stands, including the historic centre of Frigento and the entire wooded area of Costone-Pietraliscia, Castagneto and Castelluccio, along the slope going down from Via Limiti. Known for its biodiversity and criss-crossed by numerous paths equipped for trekking and mountain biking, the urban park is subject to a special protection regime in relation to its ecological, geomorphological and environmental values.
Immersed in a naturalistic oasis of inestimable value, Panoramica Limiti is the ideal place to admire the territorial wealth of a vast geographical area.
