Sala dei Fiocchi

The Sala dei Fiocchi (Hall of Ribbons), located in the complex of the Sanctuary of San Gerardo Maiella (Saint Gerard Majella) in Caposele, is a place full of wonderful gifts that parents offer to the Saint, as a sign of recognition for the graces received.

The hall has a magical and moving atmosphere and houses the birth ribbons and photographs of many newborn babies, donated by their parents to Saint Gerard, protector of mothers and children. The walls and ceiling are covered with thousands of pink and blue birth ribbons that mothers have given to the Saint over the years as a sign of gratitude for various difficulties overcame during motherhood. Recently restyled, the "Sala dei Fiocchi" now has an even larger space to house the many gifts that worshippers give to Saint Gerard with love and devotion.

Located in one of the most beloved places of worship in Irpinia, the "Sala dei Fiocchi" stirs immense emotions in the hearts of so many parents who flock to the Sanctuary every year to pay their respects to Saint Gerard.
