Eurochocolate announces its rich calendar for the celebration of the thirtieth anniversary of 2024 which will see Avellino lead the way with a Special Edition scheduled from 9 to 14 February, on the occasion of Valentine's Day which in Avellino coincides with the feast of the patron saint San Modestino.

The presentation of the initiative was preceded in the city by a teaser campaign which has been intriguing many fellow citizens for a few days and which from today will be clearer thanks to this important announcement.

"On the occasion of our thirtieth anniversary - declares Eugenio Guarducci, President of Eurochocolate - we wanted to thank a region that has contributed greatly to the success of our event, through a loyalty process that has seen many Campanians reach Perugia every year to celebrate the Food of the Gods. This time we will come and visit them next February, the choice fell on Avellino for a series of reasons that we have convincedly shared with the municipal administration after having made the necessary checks on the logistical-organizational level".

The program of the initiative will be illustrated in detail during the next Eurochocolate Indoor in Perugia scheduled from 14 to 23 October, where there will be a promotional space dedicated to the Avellino edition which will feature a curious hashtag resulting from the usual choco of words from the famous Perugian kermesse: #lovellino.

"With the Eurochocolate stop in Avellino, we are seizing an extraordinary opportunity to strengthen the city's image and position it in the best possible way in national and international tourist circuits and, at the same time, give new impetus to the commercial activities of the capital. The project will involve the center of Avellino but will have the opportunity to intercept various protagonists of the territory; primarily those related to the production of chocolate, hazelnuts, chestnuts and other typical products that characterize the food and wine basket of Irpinia. The format of the event will be built on the basis of Eurochocolate's well-established assets which have made it undisputedly successful: the Chocolate Show (commercial area), the cultural didactic area and the entertainment area.

The edition of Eurochocolate in Avellino will therefore pass the baton to Eurochocolate Japan which will take place simultaneously in Osaka, Nagoya and Tokyo, presiding over, in refined locations, what is one of the most important moments of chocolate consumption in Japan: Valentine's Day. The Eurochocolate Spring edition in Perugia (15-24 March 2024) and the classic autumn one (18-27 October 2024) will follow.
