Gesualdo Folk Event

Gesualdo Folk Event is a musical and folk event that has been held since 2004 in Gesualdo, at the foot of the Castle.

Organised to promote Italian folk music, specifically that of central and southern Italy, the event has hosted many traditional performers from Salento, Puglia, Naples, Calabria and Sicily, as well as countless artists from Irpinia, involving not only the community of Gesualdo but the entire province. 

All this is accompanied by a pleasant tasting of beer and food and wine products from Irpinia, in a veritable kaleidoscope of notes and flavours.
